NEARLY half of all small businesses do not regard themselves as computer literate, according to research by the Small Business Research Trust for Lloyds Bank.
More than two-thirds admit to difficulties in keeping up with developments in information technology and the main problems emerge as lack of suitable training courses and an absence of objective advice and technical support.
